The standard is already set.Now let people see it.

A founder-led growth proposal from Whisenhunt Media: put your story on film, turn one production day into forty-five days of content, and build the local search visibility that makes Viva Green Clean the name Las Vegas homeowners already trust before they call.

The Opening

LaShawn, you already have the part that cannot be bought.

Most cleaning companies in this valley are competing on price and hoping for a review. You are sitting on something none of them can manufacture: a founder with a professional athletic career behind him who decided the same discipline that got him there belongs in somebody's home.

01

A real reason to trust you

Your own site says it plainly: after a career in the NFL, the founder brought that focus, accountability, and attention to detail into cleaning. That is a credibility story, and right now it lives in one sentence that most visitors never read.

02

A service built on standards

Five clearly defined services, a published room-by-room checklist, and a 24-hour guarantee. The operating discipline is genuinely there. It just is not being shown to anyone who has not already hired you.

03

A perfect rating, quietly

A flawless review score on Google with no negatives to clean up. That is the healthiest possible starting position. The only thing missing is volume and visibility.

Everything in this proposal is built on one idea: people in Las Vegas are not choosing a cleaning company, they are choosing who they let into their home. That is a trust decision, and trust decisions are won on film, in search results, and in reviews. Not on price.

What is in this proposal

Eight sections, one path forward.

01 · Where you stand today

The foundation is clean. The visibility is not there yet.

We ran a full review of the website, the search footprint, the Google Business Profile, and the competitive set in the Las Vegas valley. Here is the honest picture, and the good news is that almost every gap is fixable work rather than a structural problem.

0
Keywords ranking in the top ten of Google. Nearly seventy percent of tracked terms sit past position forty.
0
Videos anywhere on the website. Not one on the homepage, service pages, or service-area pages.
0
Google reviews on the business profile, against a perfect five-star rating.
0
Percent of local searches we tracked where the business appears in the Google map pack.
A

The website converts on one channel only

There is no quote form, no booking widget, and no online scheduler anywhere on the site. The contact page is a single line of copy and a phone number. Every visitor who is not ready to pick up the phone right that second leaves with no way to raise a hand. Meanwhile the market leader offers an instant quote and online booking on their homepage.

B

The pages are thin where it counts

The homepage carries roughly seven hundred characters of body copy, and the contact page under two hundred. The eleven service-area pages read as general city descriptions rather than local proof: what a Summerlin move-out actually involves, what an Airbnb turnover near the Strip costs a host who gets it wrong. Search engines and buyers both reward the specific version.

C

The green promise is never substantiated

The name says green, and the page description promises eco-friendly care, but no page explains what products are used, what certifications apply, or why it matters for homes with kids and pets. The strongest eco-positioned competitor in the valley has built a five-star profile and hundreds of reviews on exactly that claim, backed up in detail.

D

The links pointing at the site add nothing

The site's inbound links come almost entirely from automated low-value directories and generated stat pages rather than real Las Vegas sources. They carry no authority and can hold a domain back. Replacing them with genuine local citations, chamber and association listings, and earned press is straightforward, high-value work.

E

The technical base is better than expected

Structured business data is already in place, covering all eleven service areas, and the social sharing image is set. That is a real head start. Worth checking in Search Console: bot protection on the hosting layer challenged our automated crawlers from some networks, which is a five-minute verification and an easy fix if it is affecting search engines.

F

The brand name sits in a crowded lane

Several Las Vegas cleaning companies use near-identical names. Someone searching your brand can easily land on a competitor. A named, visible founder with a face and a story is the single fastest way to become unmistakable in that crowd, and it is the one asset none of those companies can copy.

Trust is not claimed. It is filmed.

02 · The competitor to beat

Superb Maids is the name to take share from.

They are the highest-review house cleaning brand in Las Vegas and the clearest benchmark for what winning looks like here. This is not a warning. It is a map, because the gap between you and them is made almost entirely of things that can be produced.

Figures from a review of public Google Business Profile data and both websites in August 2026. Ratings and review counts move, so we re-baseline these at the start of any engagement.

Where they are genuinely ahead

Volume and convenience. Nine hundred and seventy reviews is a decade of accumulated trust, and their site lets a stranger book without speaking to anyone. That combination is why they win the default search.

  • Review volume that dominates the map pack
  • Frictionless online booking and instant quoting
  • A consistent video and social presence across four platforms

Where you can beat them outright

They have scale. They do not have a founder anyone can name or picture. That is the opening, and it is a wide one in a category where the buyer is deciding who to let through the front door.

  • A perfect five-star rating with nothing to defend
  • A founder story with genuine authority behind it
  • Speed: a small team can publish and adapt faster than a franchise
  • An eco position a close rival proved is worth hundreds of reviews

Closing a nine-hundred-review gap is a multi-year project. Becoming the most trusted-looking cleaning brand in the valley is a ninety-day project. We start with the second one, because it is what actually moves the phone.

A lone figure walking through a tunnel toward the light

The gap is made of things we can produce.

03 · The Founder Story package

One production day. The asset your competitors cannot buy.

This is where we recommend starting, and it is deliberately one day, not a retainer. We come to Las Vegas, we film your story properly, and you walk away owning a library of footage that feeds your website, your Google profile, your ads, and months of social content.

The founder film

A three to four minute anchor film in your voice: where the discipline came from, why you chose this business, what a Viva Green Clean standard actually means, and what you promise a homeowner. This becomes the hero of your homepage and your about page.

The sixty-second trust cut

A tightened version built for the top of your homepage and your Google Business Profile, where most people meet you first. Same story, engineered for someone deciding in under a minute.

The service films

Short, clean pieces for deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, recurring service, and Airbnb turnover, so every service page has something to watch instead of a wall of text.

Process and craft B-roll

The detail work that proves the standard: the checklist in motion, the corners nobody else does, the products you use, the walkthrough at the end. This is the footage that makes the guarantee believable.

Team and brand visuals

Portraits and working shots of you and the crew, plus branded stills for the website, the Google profile, and social. Your business profile currently has eight photos. This closes that in a day.

Short-form capture

Filmed vertically alongside everything else, purpose-built for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, so the social engine has real material rather than repurposed leftovers.

Every frame is shot once and used everywhere: website, Google Business Profile, social, email, and later, paid ads. That is the whole economic argument for doing it properly the first time.

04 · The day itself

What a production day actually looks like.

No guesswork and no all-day disruption to your schedule. Here is the shape of it, which we adjust around your jobs and locations before we shoot.

Production Day · Las Vegas Valley
One crew day · Whisenhunt Media
Block 01

Setup and lighting

Crew arrives, lights and sound go up at the interview location. Nothing required from you during this block.

Block 02

Founder interview

A guided, conversational sit-down. You are not memorizing anything. We ask the questions and pull the story out, covering your background, why this business exists, the standard you hold, and what you want a homeowner to know before they call.

Block 03

Service and process B-roll

Filming real work in a real space: the walkthrough, the checklist, the detail passes, the products, the finish. Shot cinematically so it looks like a brand, not a phone recording.

Block 04

Team and portrait capture

Crew portraits, working shots, and branded stills for the website, Google profile, and social. If team members are on site, we film them briefly too.

Block 05

Short-form vertical block

A focused run of vertical pieces: quick tips, a before and after, a myth about cleaning services, your guarantee explained. This is the block that fills the content calendar.

Block 06

Location and context footage

Exteriors, neighbourhoods, and valley context so the content is visibly Las Vegas rather than anywhere. This matters more than people expect for local trust.

After the day

Post-production and delivery

Full edit, colour, sound, captions, and platform-correct exports. Delivered organised and ready to publish, with the raw library yours to keep.

Overhead flat lay of vertical video production tools on dark slate

One day of filming. Forty-five days of showing up.

05 · The content engine

The footage is designed to feed forty-five days of content.

A production day that produces one video is an expense. A production day engineered as a content library is an asset. We shoot with the calendar already written, which is why one day covers a month and a half of consistent publishing.

Founder and trust

Story cuts, the guarantee explained, why the standard exists. The pieces that make a stranger comfortable.

Proof and results

Before and after, detail passes, the walkthrough. Short, satisfying, and the most shared format in this category.

Useful and educational

What deep cleaning actually includes, how to prep for a move-out inspection, what to ask before hiring anyone.

Local and seasonal

Desert dust, monsoon season, Airbnb turnover peaks, spring cleaning in the valley. Content only a Las Vegas company can make.

Where it gets published

Right now the website links to no social channels at all, and there is no brand presence we could find on the major platforms. Every competitor above you runs at least four. This is the fastest gap to close.

  • Instagram Reels and Facebook for local homeowner reach
  • TikTok for the before-and-after and educational formats
  • YouTube for the anchor film and searchable service explainers
  • Google Business Profile posts, which directly support map rankings

Why forty-five days is the number

Consistency beats volume in local social. Six weeks of unbroken publishing is long enough for the platforms to learn who your audience is and long enough for you to see which formats actually generate calls, before anyone commits to a longer retainer.

  • A written calendar so nothing depends on inspiration
  • Captions, hooks, and hashtags built per platform
  • A performance read at the end to decide what continues

Four thousand four hundred searches a month. None of them find you.

06 · Search and AI answer visibility

The demand is already there. You are not in front of it.

This is not a market we have to create. Thousands of people in the Las Vegas valley search for exactly what you sell every month. The work is getting Viva Green Clean into those results, and into the AI answers that increasingly sit above them.

0

1

Local SEO foundations

  • Google Business Profile fully built out: categories, services, service areas, hours, and a real photo library
  • Consistent name, address, and phone across the local directories that feed the map pack
  • Replace the low-value inbound links with genuine Las Vegas citations and listings
  • A review generation system so a perfect rating starts compounding in volume
2

Service and service-area pages that rank

  • Rewrite the eleven area pages with genuine local detail instead of city descriptions
  • Target the winnable terms first, starting with move-out and Airbnb turnover cleaning
  • Build out the eco and green story the brand name is already promising
  • Internal linking so the service pages and area pages actually support each other
3

Technical and on-page

  • Verify crawl access and indexing health in Search Console
  • Extend the existing structured data with services, reviews, and FAQ markup
  • Titles, descriptions, and headings rebuilt around real search demand
  • Video schema on every page the new films land on
4

AEO: getting recommended by AI

When somebody asks an AI assistant for a trustworthy cleaner in Las Vegas, it answers from structured, specific, well-cited content. Thin pages do not get quoted.

  • Question-and-answer content written the way people actually ask
  • Entity and structured data so the business is unambiguous to machines
  • Monitoring of how the major AI assistants describe and rank the category locally
  • Aligned with our AI Presence Optimization practice
5

Conversion, not just traffic

  • A quote request form and an online booking path, so visitors have an option besides calling
  • The founder film and trust signals placed where the decision is actually made
  • Clear pricing guidance or an estimate flow to reduce hesitation
  • Call and form tracking so we know which work produced which job
6

Reputation as a ranking asset

  • A simple, repeatable ask at the moment of highest customer satisfaction
  • Response templates so every review gets a professional reply
  • Review content surfaced on the website where it influences the decision
  • Tracking review velocity against the local competitive set

07 · Good, Better, Best

Three ways in. All three start with your story.

Pick the level that fits where the business is right now. Nothing here locks you into the next tier, and every package is designed so the work carries forward if you step up later.

Good

The Foundation

Get the story on film and fix the search fundamentals. The right choice if you want proof before committing to a program.

  • One full founder story production day in Las Vegas
  • Anchor founder film, three to four minutes
  • Sixty-second trust cut for the homepage and Google profile
  • Brand and team photography from the same day
  • Six to eight short-form vertical clips
  • Google Business Profile buildout: categories, services, areas, photo library
  • Core local SEO setup and citation cleanup
  • Technical and on-page audit with a prioritised action list
  • Homepage and about page video placement
  • Full raw footage library delivered to you
InvestmentScoped and confirmed on the strategy call, once we have locked the shoot locations and the service-page priorities.
Recommended start
Better

The Content Engine

Everything in The Foundation, plus forty-five days of published content and the SEO work actually implemented rather than recommended.

  • Everything in The Foundation
  • Extended production day with a dedicated short-form block
  • Fifteen to twenty edited short-form videos, captioned and platform-ready
  • Service films for deep clean, move-out, recurring, and Airbnb turnover
  • A written forty-five day content calendar with hooks and captions
  • Social channel setup and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Google Business Profile posting schedule
  • SEO implemented: rewritten service and service-area pages, structured data, internal linking
  • AEO groundwork: question-and-answer content and entity markup
  • Conversion improvements: quote form and booking path added to the site
  • Review generation system set up and running
  • Performance read at day forty-five
InvestmentScoped and confirmed on the strategy call. This is the tier we would recommend for where Viva Green Clean is right now.
Best

The Growth Partner

Whisenhunt Media as the ongoing marketing function: production, publishing, search, authority, and reporting, run continuously.

  • Everything in The Content Engine
  • Ongoing production days on a recurring schedule
  • Continuous content publishing across all channels
  • Ongoing SEO and AEO execution against the competitive gap
  • Local authority buildout: citations, press, and community partnerships
  • Conversion rate optimisation on the site, tested rather than assumed
  • Reputation management and review velocity tracking
  • Call and form tracking with attribution
  • Monthly reporting tied to jobs booked, not vanity metrics
  • Quarterly campaign roadmap and strategy sessions
  • First access to paid media when the organic foundation is ready to scale
InvestmentStructured as a monthly partnership. Scoped on the strategy call against the growth targets you set.

Our honest recommendation: start at The Content Engine. The Foundation gives you the assets, but assets that nobody publishes do not move the phone. The Content Engine is the smallest version of this that actually produces a result you can measure.

Layered slate rock strata

Built in layers. Nothing gets thrown away.

08 · The long view

Where this goes, when you are ready for it.

This section is deliberately forward-looking. None of it needs to happen now, and we would advise against trying. It is here so you can see the full path and understand that nothing we build in the first ninety days gets thrown away later.

Phase OneMonths 1 to 3

Story, visibility, and the first real conversion path

The founder film, the content engine, local SEO foundations, and giving visitors a way to book that is not a phone call. The goal for this phase is simple: a stranger who finds you should be able to trust you and hire you without speaking to anyone first.

Founder story productionShort-form contentLocal SEOGoogle Business ProfileQuote and booking flowReviews
Phase TwoMonths 4 to 8

Authority, answer engines, and a site built to sell

Deepen the content library, expand into the service-area terms one neighbourhood at a time, and rebuild the website around conversion rather than description. This is also where AI answer visibility becomes a real programme rather than groundwork.

Website rebuildLanding pagesAEO and AI visibilityContent publishingDigital PRAnalytics and reporting
Phase ThreeMonths 9 to 18

Paid acceleration and systematised follow-up

Once the organic foundation converts reliably, paid media stops being a gamble and starts being arithmetic. We put spend behind the creative that already proved itself, and we make sure no enquiry goes cold.

Phase FourYear Two

The Las Vegas category brand

Broadcast-ready commercial work, recurring production, community and commercial partnerships, and expansion into adjacent services the way the strongest local competitors already have. This is the point where the brand stops chasing the market and starts setting it.

Commercial and broadcast videoRecurring productionBrand campaignsService line expansionOngoing optimisation

Everything under one roof

Video, website, SEO, AI presence, and marketing strategy are all delivered by the same team, which is why the story stays consistent from the film to the landing page to the ad.

Built in Las Vegas

We are a Las Vegas production and marketing company. We know this valley, we shoot in it constantly, and we understand how local trust is actually earned here.

Nothing gets wasted

Every asset from phase one is engineered to carry into the later phases. The founder film becomes ad creative. The service films become landing page assets. The library keeps paying.

The next step

Let's put your story on film, LaShawn.

Review the packages, tell us which one fits, and we will book a strategy conversation to lock the scope, the shoot locations, and the search priorities. No pressure and no long contract to start. Just one production day and a plan you can actually see working.
